What you will do

An exciting opportunity has become available within our fun and energetic Customer Service department. The primary purpose of the role is to provide Service Excellence to all Customers and Internal Departments via all contact channels and make outgoing calls to customers for sales campaigns which will see you interacting with different types of people across the course of your day. Excellent communication and listening skills are an essential part of this role. You will be trained across the varied products/processes and supported to learn the ropes of this integral role within the business. As you develop in the role, you will start to broaden the type of enquiries you handle, as well as helping to grow the business through our campaigns and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to large amounts of customer enquiries via various channels such as phone, email, b2b and social media whilst adhering to KPI’s
  • Sales focused - Contacting existing customers to advise of current and upcoming campaigns and promotions.
  • Answer detailed product enquiries
  • Problem solver with strong conflict resolution
  • Build strong relationships with internal departments and our customers
  • Performing a variety of general administrative office support duties

Selection Criteria

  1. Ability to work in a team and a collaborative environment
  2. Customer Service and Sales Experience
  3. Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively
  4. Exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  5. Ability to work in a team and a collaborative environment
  6. Equestrian experience highly regarded, but not essential
  7. Basic skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  8. Hold a current driver's license

This is a Fulltime (position, Monday through Friday in a friendly, professional working environment. Our standard hours are 8.30am-4.30pm. Immediate start available.
