If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer a refund or exchange it for a different size or colour. *Conditions Apply
Returns and Exchanges Policy:
Submit the online returns form to reserve your replacement and receive authorisation, or contact us by phone or email if you prefer.
- Return the item/s to us within 30 days of the date on your invoice or despatch confirmation email
- Include a copy of your return authorisation email or invoice
- Request an Exchange and the first replacement will be Free Postage
- Postage costs are non-refundable. Your refund will be for the value of the returned goods only
- Clearly indicate your refund or exchange preference. In the case of an Exchange, include details of the replacement product, size and colour you would like us to send. Exchange requests will only be met where the requested product is in stock
- Returned products must be in original saleable condition with all labels/tags and packaging intact, unmarked, unworn and unwashed
- We do not accept return of Helmets for non-warranty reasons
- Package your goods appropriately to ensure no damage to the product or its packaging while in transit to us
- The return postage/freight is at your cost
- We recommend you use a reliable service that includes tracking so you can ensure it reaches its destination safely and on time

- Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item/s and process your return within 3 business days
- Please allow up to 5 days for the processing of your refund or shipment of your replacement item
- Refunds will only be issued back to the original method of payment

Purchases from a Stockist
If you have purchased a product from one of our stockists or their online shops, you must contact that outlet about your return. Only purchases made directly through this online store can be returned directly to us.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in your product through normal wear, please contact us immediately. Your item may need to be returned and inspected. Some faults may need to be assessed by the manufacturer before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Our Warranty Policy: Just Country Australia Pty Ltd will replace, repair or credit faulty items that are within 12 months warranty from purchase date where the fault is deemed to be a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect.
