Get your hat good and wet, inside and out.
Crease the crown (as shown), putting the seam at the back.
Shape the side curves like you want them. For symmetry, look at the inside of the crown while working it.
Shape the brim by rolling the edges toward the crown.
Exaggerate the roll, maybe even crease it, as the brim will have a tendency to uncurl some when you let it go.

Whether dealing with a stain or dirt that has been rubbed in, simple water might not be sufficient. Use unscented soap to ensure no chemicals or possible residue will affect the leather. Rub the bar on the tougher grime • You can also use a chemical free liquid soap or a dish detergent for this step. 3. Wipe away any soap with a wet cloth. Wipe thoroughly until the surface is completely clear of soap. Leaving the soap on the surface could damage it. 4. Let the surface dry. Do not wear boots until it is completely dried – do not place in a tumble dryer or oven to dry and do not leave in direct sunlight. • You can wipe your surface down with a dry cloth to speed the drying process 5. Condition with a good faux leather conditioner. Only needs to be applied every 6 months to prevent damage – more often if boots are in high use. The Faux leather conditioner treatment will naturally condition the surface and make it shine and add a thin protective layer to the surface so that the surface is easier to clean. • You can also wipe the item with a soft cloth dipped in a little unscented Baby oil, Coconut oil or Petroleum jelly.

How to shape your Sunbody Hat
SunBody Hats are re-shapable! Wear them in the sun or rain, you can step on them and get them muddy – just wash them clean, wet them and reshape them as often as you like!
Get your hat good and wet, inside and out.
Crease the crown (as shown), putting the seam at the back.
Shape the side curves like you want them. For symmetry, look at the inside of the crown while working it.
Shape the brim by rolling the edges toward the crown.
Exaggerate the roll, maybe even crease it, as the brim will have a tendency to uncurl some when you let it go.

1. Soak a cloth or sponge in water and wipe down your surface. It is best to use warm water. Wiping in a downward way will catch dust, dirt, and other debris. Polyurethane is more easily cleaned than normal leather, and this is sufficient for daily care and lightly soiled surfaces. 2. Use a bar of soap on tougher grime. Whether dealing with a stain or dirt that has been rubbed in, simple water might not be sufficient. Use unscented soap to ensure no chemicals or possible residue will affect the leather. Rub the bar on the tougher grime • You can also use a chemical free liquid soap or a dish detergent for this step. 3. Wipe away any soap with a wet cloth. Wipe thoroughly until the surface is completely clear of soap. Leaving the soap on the surface could damage it. 4. Let the surface dry. Do not wear boots until it is completely dried – do not place in a tumble dryer or oven to dry and do not leave in direct sunlight. • You can wipe your surface down with a dry cloth to speed the drying process 5. Condition with a good faux leather conditioner. Only needs to be applied every 6 months to prevent damage – more often if boots are in high use. The Faux leather conditioner treatment will naturally condition the surface and make it shine and add a thin protective layer to the surface so that the surface is easier to clean. • You can also wipe the item with a soft cloth dipped in a little unscented Baby oil, Coconut oil or Petroleum jelly.
