Retailer Product Returns Form

Submit your Return Request and await Authorisation
  1. Consumer's Proof of purchase MUST accompany the returned goods. We require the date that the consumer purchased the product from your store to approve the claim.
  2. Just Country Australia will honor warranty claims when faulty items are returned within the 12 months warranty period from customer purchase date, and where the fault is a direct result of a manufacturing fault or materials defect. Our Reply Paid account will be provided for free return post of Faulty stock.
  3. Return the item/s to us within 30 days of the date on your return authorisation email or fax.
  4. Kindly package goods appropriately to ensure no damage to the product or its packaging while in transit to us.
  5. A $5.00 restocking fee will apply for non-warranty returns with the exception of tall boots and chaps.
  6. A $25.00 fee will also apply if faulty goods are returned in an unhygienic condition.
  7. For Indent or special orders, we will only accept returns for manufacturing faults - change of mind returns are not permitted.
